Website Redesign
Rebuilding a site is the easy part. Rebuilding it without throwing away the rankings you already earned is the part most agencies get wrong.
Every existing URL mapped before we build
so nothing that ranks today lands on an error page tomorrow
Permanent redirects, page to page
not all of them dumped on the homepage, which is the lazy version that loses rankings anyway
The pages that already rank get kept, not "improved" into nothing
if a page brings calls, we don't shorten it for looks
Titles, descriptions and structured data carried across
these are the parts that took time to get right
Mobile built first
most of your visitors are on a phone; the desktop version is the afterthought, not the other way around
Speed as a requirement, not a bonus
the new site has to be faster than the old one or it isn't finished
Website Redesign
The redesign that costs you traffic
Here is how it usually goes. A business pays for a beautiful new site. It launches. Two months later the calls are down and nobody can explain it. What happened is that every page got a new address, the old addresses now return errors, and Google quietly dropped years of accumulated ranking.
It is completely avoidable and it takes about an hour of planning. Before anything gets built, we list every page Google currently knows about, decide where each one lands on the new site, and put permanent redirects in place. Rankings carry over. Nobody notices anything except that the site is better.

When a redesign is the wrong call
Sometimes the honest answer is that you don't need one. A site that loads fast, works on a phone, says what you do and has a tappable phone number is doing its job even if it looks a few years old. If that's your situation, a redesign is an expensive way to feel better, and we'll tell you so.
The cases where it genuinely pays: the site isn't responsive and breaks on phones. It takes more than four seconds to load and the cause is structural. You can't edit it yourself and whoever built it is gone. It was built for a version of the business you no longer run. Or it's on a platform that has stopped being updated, which is a security problem, not a style problem.
There's also the case where the site is fine but nobody can find it. That's not a redesign — that's SEO, and spending the money on a rebuild would be spending it in the wrong place.
Website Redesign
What you keep
You own the domain, the site, the content and the analytics. If you leave, the site leaves with you. We think saying that out loud matters, because plenty of arrangements in this industry are built so that leaving means starting over.
You also get the ability to change things yourself. Text and photos should not require an invoice.
How we work
Three things decide who gets the call.
Technical
Fast, secure and easy for Google to read on every phone.
Relevance
Pages that match what your customers actually search for.
Authority
Real reviews and clean listings that make you the trusted choice.
