Your Google Profile Got Suspended
A suspension takes your business off the map overnight, and the phone stops. Here is what actually causes it, what the appeal really involves, and the mistakes that make it permanent.
We identify the likely trigger first
appealing without knowing why it was suspended is how businesses burn their attempts
The listing gets corrected before the appeal goes in
Google reviews the profile as it stands now, not as it was
We assemble the evidence Google actually accepts
utility bills, signage photos, registration documents, insurance — specific to why it was flagged
One appeal, filed properly
repeated appeals with the same information tend to get auto-rejected
We keep your reviews
reinstatement restores the profile with its review history; a brand-new listing starts at zero
If it's a hard case, we tell you
a virtual office or a coworking address is a genuinely hard case and we'd rather say so upfront

First: don't touch anything else
The instinct when a profile goes down is to start editing — change the address, re-add the phone, create a second listing. Every one of those makes reinstatement harder, and creating a duplicate listing is the single fastest way to turn a recoverable suspension into a permanent one.
Suspensions are usually triggered by something specific and fixable: an address Google can't verify as a real place of business, a category that doesn't match what the address looks like, a name stuffed with keywords, or a burst of reviews that looked bought. The appeal is not a plea — it's evidence that the business is real and the listing is accurate.

The causes we see most often
Keywords stuffed into the business name
"Joe's Plumbing" is fine. "Joe's Plumbing | Emergency Plumber Cypress TX 24/7" is a violation, and it's one competitors report. The name field has to be the name on your sign and your paperwork.
An address Google can't confirm
A home-based service business is allowed, but it has to be set up as a service-area business with the address hidden. Listing a home address as a visitable storefront, or using a mailbox or virtual office, triggers suspensions.
A category that doesn't match the location
A profile categorized as a restaurant at an address that looks residential gets flagged by an automated check before a human ever sees it.
Reviews that arrived too fast
Twenty reviews in a week from accounts with no other activity reads as purchased, whether they were or not. This one is worth understanding before you launch any review push.

What we can and can't promise
We will not promise reinstatement. Nobody honest can — the decision is Google's, there is no phone number to call, and some cases genuinely don't come back. What we can do is make sure the appeal goes in once, correctly, with the listing already fixed and the right evidence attached, which is the version of the appeal that has a real chance.
If the profile can't be recovered, the next conversation is about rebuilding visibility without it: the website, the service-area pages, and the directories that still send calls. We'll be straight with you about which situation you're in.
