What each step actually involves

1. The free audit — about 30 minutes of our time

We search for your business the way a customer would, from a phone. We note where you rank for the terms that matter, who's showing up above you, what your Google profile is missing, and what your website does when someone lands on it. You get the findings whether or not you hire us, and we'll tell you if we think you don't need us.

2. The build — two to three weeks

We need three things from you: photos of real jobs, your list of services, and the neighborhoods you cover. That's roughly twenty minutes of your time, once. We write every page, build the site, set up the form so submissions reach your phone, and claim or clean up your Google profile.

3. The launch — one day

Your site goes live on your own domain, which stays in your name. We submit it to Google, turn on the review request system, and walk you through what changed. Nothing about your booking or your phone changes.

4. Every month after — ongoing

Profile posts and photos, listing checks, on-page work, and the review system running in the background. On the same day each month you get a one-page report: how many people found you, how many called, how many new reviews, and where you rank now.

What we need from you

Honestly, very little — and that's on purpose. You're running a business.

Photos of your work. Phone photos are fine. Ten to twenty is plenty.
Twenty minutes, once. Services, service area, hours, and anything you want said a specific way.
Manager access to your Google profile. By invitation to hello@kliklocal.com — never your password. We will never ask for it.
A reply within a few days when we send something to review.

The honest timeline

The website is live in two to three weeks. Google Maps rankings usually start moving between 60 and 90 days, and keep climbing after that. Anyone telling you they'll have you at #1 next week is selling something that can't be delivered.

That's why the term is six months and why the guarantee exists: if you aren't getting more calls after ninety days, you cancel and we refund every monthly payment.
