Google Reviews, On a System
Reviews decide who gets called more than almost anything else you can control. The problem is never willingness — it's that nobody remembers to ask.
A direct review link, not instructions
one tap straight to the review box; every extra step loses people
A printed QR code for the counter, truck or invoice
the customer is already standing in front of you, which is the moment they'll actually do it
A text or email template that sounds like you
and goes out at the right moment — right after the work, not a week later
One polite follow-up
this alone roughly doubles what a single ask produces
Replies to every review, good and bad
a ranking signal, and the thing a hesitant customer reads
A plan for the bad one
because you will get one, and how you answer it in public matters more than the review itself
Google Reviews System
Asking once, by accident, is not a strategy
Most businesses get reviews the same way: a customer is unusually happy, someone remembers to mention it, and one review appears. Months pass. Then a competitor with a steady trickle of reviews passes you in the map pack and it isn't obvious why.
Google weighs the count, the average, how recent they are, and the words inside them. A business with forty reviews spread over two years outranks one with sixty that all arrived in a single week — and that second pattern is also how profiles get flagged. The goal is a small, boring, repeatable ask that never stops.
Google Reviews System
What not to do
Don't offer anything for a review
Discounts, entries in a drawing, free service — all against Google's policy, all grounds for having reviews stripped or the profile suspended. You can ask everyone. You cannot pay anyone.
Don't ask everyone on the same day
A launch where you text two hundred past customers at once produces exactly the burst pattern that gets filtered. Spread it out. Steady beats big.
Don't filter who you ask
Sending the review link only to customers you're confident about is called review gating and Google prohibits it. It's also unnecessary — a 4.7 with ninety reviews reads more trustworthy to a human than a perfect 5.0 with nine.
Don't buy them
They get detected and removed, the profile gets suspended, and the suspension is the kind that's hard to come back from. It is not worth it at any price.
Google Reviews System
Where this fits
The review system is part of every Klik plan, not a separate product. We set up the link and the QR code, write the templates, and handle replies if you'd rather not. What we can't do is be there at the moment the job ends — that ask is yours, and it takes about ten seconds once the system exists.
If you want the asking handled automatically after every job, that's the review-request automation: the message goes out on its own when you mark the work done.
How we work
Three things decide who gets the call.
Technical
Fast, secure and easy for Google to read on every phone.
Relevance
Pages that match what your customers actually search for.
Authority
Real reviews and clean listings that make you the trusted choice.

We'll build the link, the QR code and the templates, and show you the one ten-second habit that does the rest.
