Website Care & Maintenance
Websites don't fail loudly. They expire, break a form, drop off Google, or start showing a security warning — and you find out from a customer.
Uptime monitoring
we know the site is down before you do, and before a customer does
Domain and certificate expiry watched
the two failures that take a whole business offline, both entirely preventable
Form submissions tested on a schedule
a form that stops delivering looks identical to a form nobody filled out
Backups kept off the server
a backup stored on the same machine as the site is not a backup
Updates applied and then checked
the update isn't the risky part; applying it without looking at the site afterward is
Small content changes included
new hours, a price, a photo, a staff change — within the time your plan includes

The failures we find on live businesses
A site whose domain had expired and now showed a parked page, still listed on a well-reviewed Google profile. A contact form that had been silently failing for months, so every submission went nowhere. An SSL certificate that lapsed, so every visitor got a browser warning before the page loaded. A plugin update that broke the mobile layout on a site nobody had opened on a phone.
None of these announce themselves. The business keeps running, the site keeps being listed, and the calls just thin out. Maintenance is boring and it is the difference between a site that works and a site that used to.

How changes work, so there are no surprises
Every plan includes a set amount of change time each month. Text edits, swapping photos, updating hours, adding a service — that comes out of the included time. Requests get batched and done weekly rather than one at a time, because ten separate interruptions cost more than one focused session.
Beyond the included time it's billed hourly, and a whole new page is quoted separately because it's a different kind of work. Included time doesn't roll over — it's there to keep your site current, not to bank.
We put all of this in writing before you start. The reason to be this specific is that "unlimited small changes" is a promise that either gets quietly rationed or makes the provider resent the client, and both end the same way.

If we didn't build your site
We can still maintain it, with one condition: we need to be able to get in properly, through an invitation to our own account rather than by being handed your password. We never ask for or accept a client's password — it's bad practice for you and for us.
If the site is on a platform we can't safely maintain, we'll say that instead of taking the retainer and hoping.
How we work
Three things decide who gets the call.
Technical
Fast, secure and easy for Google to read on every phone.
Relevance
Pages that match what your customers actually search for.
Authority
Real reviews and clean listings that make you the trusted choice.
Not sure if your site is healthy?
The free audit checks the boring things too — certificate, domain expiry, whether your contact form actually delivers.
