Contracts & E-Signature
The customer signs on their phone in under a minute. You get a record of exactly what was agreed, which is worth more than it sounds until the day you need it.
Signed on a phone, no app and no printer
one link, type or draw the signature, done
Both sides get a copy automatically
with a timestamp and the exact terms that were shown
The scope is in writing before work starts
which is the actual point — see below
Attached to the quote they accepted
so the agreement and the price can't drift apart
Stored where you can find it later
not in one person's email thread
English and Spanish
a contract someone can't read isn't a contract worth having

The gap between "yes" and "signed"
A customer says yes on Tuesday. The agreement gets emailed as a PDF they're expected to print, sign, scan and send back. Some of them do. Many of them mean to and don't, and by Friday the job that was a yes is a maybe.
Every step you remove from that sequence recovers jobs you already won. Signing on a phone, right after seeing the price, while they're still decided, closes the gap almost entirely.
Contracts & Signatures
The real reason this matters
It isn't convenience. It's that most disputes in service work come from a genuine difference in memory about what was included. The customer remembers the gate being part of it. You remember quoting the fence. Neither of you is lying and there's nothing to refer to.
A signed record of the scope ends that category of argument before it exists. It also makes you look like a business rather than a guy with a truck, which affects what you can charge — and it sets the boundary for change requests, so "while you're here, could you also..." becomes a quoted addition instead of free work.
We're not lawyers and this isn't legal advice. We build the mechanism and we can start you from a sensible template, but if the work carries real liability, have an attorney read your terms once. It's a one-time cost against every job afterward.

What we set up
The signing flow on your site, connected to your quotes, with your terms in it. Copies to both parties, stored somewhere you can search. If you already have an agreement you use, we put that one in rather than replacing it.
If you don't have one yet, we'll start you with a structure that covers scope, price, deposit, timeline, change requests and cancellation — the six things that cause problems when they're missing.
How we work
Three things decide who gets the call.
Technical
Fast, secure and easy for Google to read on every phone.
Relevance
Pages that match what your customers actually search for.
Authority
Real reviews and clean listings that make you the trusted choice.
